My friend uses a Crashbox with a short Jet Tube on his 4 inch homemade dredge, but on the output side of his header box, even with a heavy rubber mat, it looks like a major league Tsunami running thru his riffles. He seems to catch the gold alright in the upper 1/2 of his sluice and uses a considerable amount of 3/16 inch hole punch plate up there.
